All about the terms of use of works and orders from Helen Sunlight ( artist )

Order stages

  1. After discussing the type and details of your order, you’ll make a payment (50% or 100% of the amount). If no edits are required, I will continue drawing.

  2. Within 2-10 days, depending on the complexity of the order, I will send you a sketch for discussion.

  3. During the drawing phase, we will continue to discuss ideas and changes needed to make it perfect!

  4. During order time for creating commission for you, I send the finished art for you.

  5. After approval of the final work, I will ask you to send the rest of the payment and send the files without a watermark ( PNG, PSD size )

💛 The order can be anonymous, I post the drawing on my social networks only with your approval.

Commission detailes

  1. You need to give me some information about your character design or some art refrences.

  2. Before payment I have the option to refuse commissions without giving reasons.

  3. I have the option to incorporate rejected materials or art parts (sketches, incomplete commissions, etc.) into my upcoming artworks.

Additional payments

  • You have 5 free edits during the sketching and coloring stages.

  • Additional edits will cost $5-10 each, depending on the amount of work

  • Simple background - free, detailed background for an additional fee.

Copyright

  • Please tag me as the author of the drawing (name or link to social networks). As like: [Helen Sunlight], or [ artist: Helen Sunlight ] or [( link to my social networks )]

  • Please do not cut off my watermark when you post a drawing I created.

  • You may not use my work for commercial purposes without discussing it with me.

  • You have the right to use my work for personal purposes (posting, creating stickers for yourself and your friends - but not sales as commerce)

  • I reserve the right to use works created by me in advertising and price lists

  • The customer has no right to change the work or erase the signature without my knowledge.

  • Don't pass off my work as yours.

  • Do not use my drawings in offensive terms.

  • If you do not approve of the sketch, I will return your money and ask you not to use the sketch in any way.

  • If the sketch and all stages of creating the drawing are approved, there will be no refunds. Emergency cases are discussed separately.

I CAN DRAW:

  • furry | anthro characters | ferals and animals | pony | humanoid species

  • detailed backgrounds

  • metal and mecha

  • soft femboy / maw / vore arts (better clarify this in dm)

I WON'T DRAW:

  • any offensive symbols or marks

  • NSFW content

Payment
I accept payments in USD dollars and EUR Euros.
